who we are
Distance Colour Studios was founded by Matt J. Hare, a colourist with over 16 years of experience within the post-production industry.
Having worked at well-known post-houses in London and Amsterdam, alongside many great directors, cinematographers and creatives, he decided to set up his own boutique, one which recognised the fast-changing needs of clients and brands.
Good colour grading shouldn’t be needlessly complex or expensive.
The truth is, modern remote workflows let us cut out a lot of the usual overheads. That means you get the same top-tier talent and visuals you'd expect from a big studio, but without the traditional fuss and hefty price tag.
